Nosy Moon is a game. It turns birth dates into an astrology-based compatibility score, questions and conversation cards for two people to play together. It is entertainment.
Nothing on the site is relationship, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing predicts the future. Please don't make important decisions based on a score from a game.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the site and to make a purchase.
Only enter details about yourself, or about someone who is playing with you and agrees to it. Don't use invite links to collect anyone's information without their knowledge.
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around limits or payments, or use it for anything unlawful or abusive.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses the service.
Parts of each reading are written by an AI model from your chart placements. They can be wrong, odd or not to your taste. We work to keep them kind and appropriate, but we can't review every line before you see it. If something feels off, tell us at the address above.
Playing the basic game is free. Some extras (for example the Full Date Experience or a Personal Report) are one-time purchases shown with their price in US dollars before you pay. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices can change, but a change never affects something you already bought. A purchase for a date unlocks it for both people playing that date.
Prices may differ between visitors while we test pricing, and on special nights (for example a full moon). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What you buy is digital content that is unlocked right away. If it didn't unlock, didn't load, or something went wrong on our side, email us within 14 days of the purchase with the email you used at checkout and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
If you simply changed your mind, write to us anyway within 14 days. We look at every request and, in practice, we refund first-time requests. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
How we handle birth details and other data is explained on the Privacy page (https://nosymoon.com/privacy), including automatic deletion after 30 days for unpaid sessions and a one-tap button to delete everything created on your device.
The site, the brand, the design and our written content belong to DIRECT CONSULTING & ADVERTISING SRL. You may share your own result, score and share card anywhere you like; that's what they're for.
The service is provided as is. We try hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or right about your relationship.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we'll make it visible on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without taking away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. Before anything formal, please write to hello@nosymoon.com; most things get solved by email.
